I am SO excited for you!! Five pounds IS ...KAT!!! I am SO excited for you!! Five pounds IS a big deal! It took me nearly a month to get my 5 lb star and it felt like I won the lottery!<br /><br />I lose very slowly--average of 1.1 lbs a week--but it's pretty consistent. I just have to keep being patient and stick to the plan. When I have a bad day, I start over the very next day and if I have a gain one week or hit a plateau, I just try even harder the next week.<br /><br />I am at 38 pounds lost! I even lost FIVE pounds on vacation! Can you believe that? I'm just so excited to feel like I've finally found a way to live and lose at the same time!<br /><br />I know you can do it Kat! W...Kat, I know exactly how overwhelming it can be. When I started out on WW, I needed to lose over 100 lbs. Now, I am down below that, but not by a lot - 93 pounds to lose for my goal weight. It's hard to think of that way. Always set smaller goals, and my trick is to think of sticks of butter. Five pounds? That's TWENTY STICKS OF BUTTER that you're not carrying around with you anymore! <br /><br />I absolutely LOVE the weight watchers ice creams - they are perfect because asking me to cut out sweets? Would be ridiculous! I makes it much easier for me to eat my veggies.<br />Also, as silly as it sounds, frozen grapes. I just rinse them and throw them in snack bags.
